Assistant Legal Counsel
Sam joined Southpac in August 2018. As Assistant Legal Counsel Sam reviews and facilitates requests associated with the trusts, companies, and foundations administered by Southpac. He is also responsible for communication with clients to ensure that their structures are administered in accordance with relevant legislation and legal principals. Sam has previously worked in international business in analytical roles. Sam is a registered Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of Management Studies with Honours, First Class, and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, First Class. He is currently undertaking further studies for international qualification as a Trust and Estates Practitioner (TEP) with The Society for Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
